How to read the results

Monthly price is what the carrier will charge each month for your chosen amount, term and health tier. Rate class is the tier the quote assumes; the carrier locks in a final one during underwriting. Exam says whether the carrier is likely to want a medical exam; many rapid-underwriting plans skip it if you meet their criteria. A.M. Best is a measure of the carrier's financial security.
